Focus on the Information Systems Department

The Communication Department is made up of 11 people whose mission is to develop information systems at headquarters and in the field, notably by strengthening cybersecurity.

And the Information Systems Assistant in all this?

As an Information Systems Apprentice, under the supervision of the Information Systems Department Manager, you will participate in the operation of the service.

To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• IS Projects: You will participate in the design and monitoring of Information Systems projects.
• Support for employees: You will write training materials for the software and applications used. You will put in place procedures for the use of IT tools. You will carry out training on data protection, and you will contribute to change management. You will support business teams in GDPR compliance.
• Application support: You will provide user support for the application park and you will draft the Business Continuity Plan and the Business Resumption Plan for information systems.
• Transversal/interservices: Vous développerez l’intranet Première Urgence Internationale. Vous assurerez une veille sur les nouveautés Microsoft et sur les sujets d’actualité SI.

Ce qu’il vous faudra pour décrocher cette alternance

• Formation: Vous devez être rattaché.e à un centre de formation agréé par l’Etat et justifier de la poursuite d’un diplôme supérieur, niveau Bac+3, en cursus de Systèmes d’Information ou Informatique.
• Expérience: Une experience de travail en équipe, en milieu associatif et/ou à l’international sera valorisée. Vous avez déjà travaillé avec Première Urgence Internationale ? Ce sera un atout indéniable !
• Compétences: Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques et de Microsoft Office. Vous avez un intérêt avéré pour le secteur de la solidarité et vous partagez ses valeurs.
• Qualités requises: Vous êtes curieux.se, dynamique et réactif.ve. Vous montrez un bon relationnel, de la rigueur, de l’autonomie dans votre travail, et une bonne capacité d’adaptation.
• Langues: Français et anglais n’ont aucun secret pour vous? Tant mieux, ce sont deux langues indispensables pour ce poste !

PUI vous proposera

• Statut: Employé en contrat de professionnalisation ou contrat d’apprentissage
• Salaire:

Contrat de professionnalisation : Pourcentage du SMIC déterminé en fonction de l’âge et du diplôme

Contrat d’apprentissage : Pourcentage du SMIC déterminé en fonction de l’âge et de l’année d’apprentissage

• Prise en charge: Prise en charge à hauteur de 50% du titre de transport et à hauteur de 60% des Tickets Restaurant (d’une valeur faciale de 9€)
• Couverture médicale : 80% de la mutuelle Santé et Prévoyance
• Repos: 5 semaines de congés payés par an + 1 RTT par mois (37h/semaine)
• Cinq jours de congés pour examens
