Job Synopsis:
The MCC Representatives for Colombia facilitate, coordinate and provide direction for all of MCC’s involvements in Colombia, both with partners as well as with its diverse staff. This is a large country program in partnership with Anabaptist churches focused on peacebuilding, food security and accompaniment of migrants/internally displaced people. This position will be supervised by a LACA Area Director (AD).
MCC is looking to hiring 2 full-time MCC Representatives for this program, and hiring will be determined based on the candidate pool. Successful candidates could be two separate people or a couple.
