The Asia Displacement Solutions Platform (ADSP) seeks proposals from a consultant to facilitate the development of a 2026-2029 Strategy for ADSP, along with key accompanying documents. This includes identifying ADSP’s objectives for this strategy period, built upon consensus among its members and in line with ADSP’s mission. The purpose of this consultancy is to develop an implementable strategic methodology, and support ADSP staff, members, partners, and stakeholders in a participatory planning process, ensuring a sense of ownership and engaging meaningfully with all stakeholders. This consultancy does not aim to review ADSP’s governance structure, nor to modify its existing working modalities.
