The Position
The position will support the development and delivery of our policing, law and justice sector strategy and will work under the guidance of the Associate Director – Policing, Law and Justice. This position will work across established justice sector projects, as well as assisting with the submission of tenders for new projects. The incumbent will leverage their understanding of the policing, law and justice sectors to implement the technical deliverables to the client and Tetra Tech International Development.
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks
- Managing project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, design development, implementation and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare written proposals, ensuring that each one is technically proficient and commercially rewarding to Tetra Tech International Development.
- Through research, monitor and maintain a detailed understanding of existing and proposed policing, law and justice programs in the Asia Pacific region to position Tetra Tech International Development for future opportunities.

The Person
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Demonstrated experience in policing, justice or international development sectors
- Strong leadership with a commitment to demonstrating Tetra Tech International Development’s values
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural and high cross-sectoral team situations with a high proficiency of written and oral presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality advice on a broad range of matters across the Asia Pacific region.
- Minimum Bachelor degree from a recognised tertiary institution in International Development, Security, Law, Commerce, Business or Marketing discipline.
