Job function
This is a busy role within the Communications department, working in a cross functional manner. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll inject energy, creativity, consistency, and quality into our branding.
Working with a range of departments, you’ll have a unique opportunity to help develop the visual identity of a global brand, present in 14 countries worldwide.

Main duties
- Design and assemble promotional materials across all GOAL departments, including Communications, Global Citizenship, Fundraising and Operations
- Create compelling designs, graphics and videos for web, social and print materials
- Ensure all creative outputs are on brand, supporting GOAL’s wider strategic objectives and delivered to a high standard
- Challenge conventional thought with new design and ideas on how to communicate GOAL’s work assisting the world’s most vulnerable communities
Person Specification
- Strong portfolio displaying a wide variety of work
- A qualification in graphic design
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience designing materials for both online and print
- Video editing and design experience
- Experience of the full design process, handling briefs and working with varied stakeholders
- Experience working to deadlines, possessing strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Impressive accuracy and eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
