As part of scaling up project activities in Poland aimed at addressing key needs for Ukraine crisis affected population, we are looking for a Grant Management Coordinator.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the country office on issues of program development, grants/sub-grants management and compliance, and donor relations
  • Lead proposal development processes and supports variety of aspects of projects cycle management
  • Consolidate PAH grant Tracking tool and ensure projects are tracked with timeliness
  • Monitor major donor trends (policies, strategic directions, etc.) and funding opportunities through regular research and monitoring activities
  • Support program growth aligned with priorities through liaising and collaborating with respective technical officers, researching context, need assessments and viable new funding opportunities
  • Support proposal budget development and ensures responsiveness and that it matches the technical narrative
  • Manage and/or support all agreements reviews, revisions, amendments, and budget realignments, and including relevant approvals
  • Support program budget monitoring as needed
  • Ensure accountability to all relevant stakeholders; including beneficiaries, local community, authorities, donors, partners, and other**Requirements:**
  • At least 3 years in relevant Humanitarian experience preferably Programmes and Grant Departments
  • Prior grants or progamme management experience and familiarity with institutional and private donors
  • Fluency in Polish and English (level C1)
  • High level of initiative and proactive approach to build relationships
  • Flexible and focused on identifying possibilities and solutions
  • University degree
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Active driving license
  • Willingness to frequent travelling within Poland
