About ONSUR:
International Association for Relief and Development (Onsur) is a non-governmental organization registered in Turkey N° (27-018-178) dealing with the Relief and development projects through the empowerment of local communities to ensure a decent life, Founded at the beginning of 2012. ONSUR works through the main office located in Gaziantep province Turkey, in addition to execution offices in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, and Turkey.
JOB SUMMARY
To support supply chain team according to ONSUR procedure and work closely with all sectors to ensure that planned activities are implemented accordingly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining an up-to-date procurement tracker (PR) in coordination with SC department & Program team
- Maintaining an up-to-date inventory list & proper asset in the storage room or other storage sites
- Follow-up in a timely manner with Suppliers for all urgent requirements
- Responsible for logistical support to field offices, and to program teams including maintenance & repair, generator functionality & fueling, etc.
- Maintaining an up-to date vendor and price list in HQ and field
- Updating daily vehicle movement schedule and records and assigning of all mechanical transport as required.
- Compile regular fuel consumption reports and monthly vehicle utilization analysis
- Archiving procurement documents as hard and soft copy

Required Skills and Experience:
- Two years of experience in logistics/procurement.
- Experience working with NGOs or humanitarian organizations.
- Must be organized, able to multi-task, flexible, and able to work as a team
- Strong computer skills including Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Good English skills.
