Mission :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director – Programs, your responsibility will be to ensure the quality and timeliness of project proposals and reporting to donors, while contributing to prospecting to identify new funding opportunities.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Contribute to the implementation of the mission’s donor strategy
Advise and train field teams in the development of donor documents, and reporting and internal monitoring documents
Organize the production and monitoring of donor documents and internal monitoring documents
Monitor grant management and administration
Contribute to contextual monitoring and support documentation and internal communication

Profile :

You hold a higher education degree (Bac + 5) in political science, international relations, international development, humanitarian project management or a related field.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a humanitarian or development organization.
You have successful experience in writing project proposals, validation procedures and process coordination. You also have experience in managing external communications with donors and partners.
You have a good knowledge of the humanitarian project management cycle, project proposal development and the concept of the logical framework.
You are familiar with the rules and regulations of the main donors (AFD, BHA, ECHO, Europe Aid, GFFO, etc.).

Conditions of employment

Fixed-term contract under French law: 6 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience, including 13th month
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 767 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical coverage: 100% of the coverage of health contributions and repatriation insurance, your medical expenses (as well as that of your dependents if family position) until 1 month after the end of your contract
Salary maintenance arrangements (illness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; cover for the ticket with a ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
