Oxfam is conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) process and invites you to submit a proposal, subject to the conditions detailed in the RFP document, to provide Oxfam with:
**TITLE: Framework Agreement for consultancy services to support the formulation of international cooperation projects, for public international donors, for Spanish cooperation or for private foundations
OXFAM PROGRAM: Programs Department.
MISSION OBJECTIVE: To support and assist the process of formulating proposals with country teams for international public donors, for Spanish cooperation or for private foundations, both for development cooperation and for humanitarian action.
DURATION OF THE MISSION: Framework agreement for a period of 2 years, renewable up to a maximum of 4 years. Estimated start date: 12/15/2025.
LOCATION OF THE MISSION: Preferably remote (home-based); travel if necessary by prior agreement between the consultant and Oxfam Intermón.
