Oxfam is launching a request for proposal process for:
TITLE: Framework Contract for consultancy support for the formulation of international cooperation projects, for public international donors, for Spanish cooperation or for private foundations.
OXFAM PROGRAM: Programs Department
OBJECTIVE: To accompany and support country teams in the process of formulating international cooperation proposals (development or humanitarian action) for international public donors, for Spanish cooperation or for private foundations.
DURATION: Framework agreement for a duration of 2 years, renewable for up to 4 years. Estimated start date: 15/12/2025.
LOCATION: Home-based preferably. Travel, if necessary, by prior arrangement between the consultant and Oxfam Intermón.
