Overview of position:
- HART is looking for suitable candidates with relevant experience in gender violence for one of their projects.
Role objectives:
- Studied at least at a Master’s level in Social Sciences, Sociology, Political Science, Anthropology, Gender or related studies. Candidate with 12 or more relevant years of professional experience will be considered in lieu of the Masters Degree.
- Proficiency in the Spanish language.
- Experience in social & gender specific projects in Paraguay.
- Experience in the identification & / or implementation of gender projects in Paraguay.
- Experience with the design & / or implementation of EU cooperation projects will be positively valued.
- The experience in projects implemented by different actors (institutional, private sector, civil society) will be positively valued.
- The concrete experience in gender violence projects in Paraguay will be positively valued.
- The experience in projects with different actors in the field of violence in Paraguay (women, public prosecutor’s office, police, public defense) will be positively valued.
- The domain of Guarani will be valued.
Project reporting:
- This role reports to the Project Manager.
