The Consultant will be responsible for activities including but not limited to those described below.: –
Leading the implementation of the Public Space Strategy and Design for NBC Camp as per Terms of Reference – Annex I, including:
– Leading project team working on the NBC public space project
– Conducting the necessary urban analysis, urban assessments and community consultative processes needed for developing the public space strategy, identifying sites and designing the selected spaces
Designing public spaces within Nahr el Bared camp and its surroundings
Developing architectural concepts for public facilities in NBC
Coordinating with relevant UNRWA teams and staff in the concept and design development of the project
Following up with consulting firm who will develop specs, BOQ and construction drawings of the project.
