The Consultant will be responsible for activities including but not limited to those described below.
• Leading the implementation of the Public Space Strategy and Design for NBC Camp as per Terms of Reference – Annex I, including:
o Leading project team working on the NBC public space project
o Conducting the necessary urban analysis, urban assessments and community consultative processes needed for developing the public space strategy, identifying sites and designing the selected spaces
o Designing public spaces within Nahr el Bared camp and its surroundings
o Developing architectural concepts for public facilities in NBC
o Coordinating with relevant UNRWA teams and staff in the concept and design development of the project
o Following up with consulting firm who will develop specs, BOQ and construction drawings of the project.
