CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR ONLINE LIVE TRAINING
IN THE GAZA STRIP, PALESTINE.

Action Against Hunger (ACF) was established in Gaza in 2005. The current overall aim is to save lives, preventing hunger and malnutrition, and supporting the resilience and dignity of Palestinian communities through programmes in nutrition and health, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), food security and livelihoods (FSL), and emergency response.
Considering the current scale-up and the organisation’s nationalisation plan, Action Against Hunger intends to contract a supplier or an individual consultant to provide online, live instructor-led training sessions in the following areas:
- Lot 1: Project Management for INGOs
- Lot 2: Microsoft Excel
- Lot 3: English Language
How to apply
Note: All trainings must be provided by trainers fluent in Arabic.
The purpose is to strengthen the staff capacity.
Suppliers/individual consultants may apply to as many lots as they are able to submit an offer for.

The deadline for submission of offers is 10th October 2025 at 12:00 PM (Gaza time).
Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the bid to the lowest bid or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
