The field supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of implementation, providing all necessary technical support and expertise to monitor and evaluate shelter, housing, and facility rehabilitation projects, ensuring high quality in accordance with project needs and objectives. This is done in coordination with the direct manager.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing the Monitoring and Evaluation Department’s plans for project activities.
Conduct field visits to project sites to monitor project activities.
Conduct data collection activities, including surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.
Assist with data management and analysis, including data entry, cleaning, and validation.
KoBo platform design of electronic forms.
M&E support in preparing project reports and other relevant documents.
Support the development and implementation of project monitoring tools and templates.
Required qualifications and experience
- Intermediate Institute/University Degree
- Arabic required/English preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data collection, management and analysis.
- Previous experience working in development or humanitarian organizations.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills are essential to success in this role.
High experience in office programs (Word, Excel, ..).
