Based in Şanlıurfa, the “Call Center Assistant” is under the line management Project Health Officer He/She will be responsible to: o Welcome beneficiaries in the reception area of the project office, take registrations and implement counselling services as a call center
Key Activities/Tasks/Duties o Welcoming visitors and beneficiaries to the center o Answering the questions of the visitors, receive and facilitate calls about accessing C-19 vaccine, taking appointments, mitigate their hesitancy for vaccination, and support their Turkish-Arabic translation need to access vaccination, and fill the intake forms o Filling out the pre-registration form when necessary and entering the filled data into the database via computer o Helping visitors with special needs to enter and exit the center o Accompanying children to go safely from activity rooms to shuttle vehicles before and after activities o Supporting the activities carried out at the center, if needed o Maintain and display brochures/booklets at the project center o Support project for Arabic-Turkish verbal and written translations, and some other administrative tasks, if needed. o Representing organization professionally
Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience): Essential High school degree Advance level in the Arabic and Turkish language. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar position
Desirable Bachelor’s degree (preferable to be in a medical department). Intermediate skills in the English language. Experience working with Persons Living with Disabilities. Verified experience in humanitarian work and principles. Verified experience in health activities
