Project Health Officer At Sened Organization

Based in Gaziantep, the “” is under the line management Project Manager He/She will be responsible to: o Plan, organize and support implementation their capacity building trainings, monthly meetings, events and community mobilization sessions with community/youth influencers and faith-based leaders

Key Activities/Tasks/Duties o Supervise outreach workers to find and register community/youth influencers and faith-based leaders who will mobilize and engage the community through sessions and events for promotion of Covid-19 vaccination, gain trust and continue Covid Appropriate Behaviors, o Plan and support outreach workers for implementation of capacity building trainings for community/youth influencers and faith-based leaders to raise their skills to promote Covid-19 vaccination o Plan and support outreach workers for implementation of community mobilization sessions with influencers to raise acceptance, mobilize and mitigate community hesitancy for Covid -19 vaccination and distribution brochures and educational resources o Supervise call center assistant for the calls received about Covid-19 vaccination, o Super project staff technically on the implementation project health activities, build their capacity and support activities technically, when needed. o Plan events and social media campaigns to support outreach workers to organize them o Supervise project staff for implementation of other project activities o Plan and support procurement, logistic and administrative needs of project offices o Reporting and assisting Project Manager for project reports o Collect registration and attendance sheets from project staff, organise them as a database, share and analyze it for project reports o Organize monthly/weekly/daily meetings, follow-up projects workplan/indicator and report the progression to Project Manager o Take project staff’s feedback, challenges and lesson learns, and report them to Project Manager o Perform risk management to minimize project risks o Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs o Establish and maintain good relations with key government stakeholders in the implementation area o Ensure that centers provide and consistently maintain a safe environment for project participants o Develop performance objectives for project staff and evaluate staff according to Sened HR policies o Support and promote the standards outlined in the Code of Conduct and associated policies to project team o Representing organization when needed professionally o Travel cities regularly to organize project activities o Perform any other tasks related to the program when required

Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience):

Essential  Bachelor’s degree (preferable to be in a medical department).  Advanced level in the Arabic and/or Turkish language.  Intermediate level in the English language  Minimum of 2 year of proven experience in a similar position.  Verified experience in health sector

Desirable  Advanced level in the English language.  Experience working with Persons Living with Disabilities.  Verified experience in humanitarian work and principles
