Job Summary
He supervises the case management team and ensures the provision of safe and high-quality services to survivors.
He also provides technical and supervisory support to the team, reviews intervention plans, follows up on complex cases, ensures adherence to protection and confidentiality principles, guarantees proper case documentation, and builds the team’s capacity.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- • Ensuring the effectiveness of the case management system in place and the referral systems, and ensuring the application of the operational procedures and the information sharing protocol.Participating in and supporting the identification of children/adults and survivors who are at risk.• Ensuring proper documentation and compilation of case files in a manner compatible with the security program’s information management system.• Ensuring that all high-risk cases are dealt with directly in coordination with the manager.• Regularly communicate with the program manager for updates on challenges and achievements.• Providing input for activity reports and weekly reports.Developing the case management team’s level by providing appropriate advice and appropriate training when necessary.• Continuous updating of the case management database.Working with the case management team to improve the level of service provided.• Chairing the weekly meeting, managing the case, and preparing appropriate reports.Ensuring the development of employee capabilities and skills.Any other related tasks assigned by his direct supervisor• Adherence to the principles and policies of protection and preservation and the code of conduct, with full commitment to the Do No Harm principle.
- Basic requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in protection and GBV within humanitarian organizations.
- Proven experience in team management, program management, and dealing with donors.
- Experience in preparing project reports and writing proposals or supporting their development.
- In-depth knowledge of Case Management, GBVIMS,
