Job Summary

Supervising all work and activities related to the project in the field within the secure area of ​​the site where you work, in coordination with the project manager, and monitoring the progress of the work and its implementation phases.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing appropriate advice and timely support to employees, distributing tasks, and monitoring their work.
  • * Writing periodic reports on work progress, achievements, and documentation in both Arabic and English, and establishing
  • Advantages, disadvantages, and suggestions for improvement
  • * Submitting reports and data electronically according to the specified templates
  • * Representing the organization before humanitarian actors, beneficiaries, and other sectors in the field
  • * Coordination with other relevant sectors (local councils, when needed)
  • * Performing any other duties related to the nature of the work as required by the direct supervisor
  • Communication, coordination, and other duties:
  • * Monitoring employee affairs, including attendance records, leave requests, and completing employee files
  • * Communicating with the organization’s partners in the field to follow up on training provided to employees
  • Full commitment to protection and preservation policies, the Do No Harm principle, and the code of conduct.

Basic requirements:

  • University degree in: Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Gender, or any related field.
  • At least two or three years of experience in the field of protection or working with women and girls.
  • Experience in managing or supervising teams is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of gender-based violence (GBV) issues and referral pathways

Desired requirements:

  • • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Effective communication skills with different groups.
  • Experience in report writing and data management.
  • High sensitivity towards issues of gender, culture and social context.
  • The ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
