Position Overview
CRD seeks a high-caliber Systems Intelligence & Cross-Thematic Analyst capable of operating across multiple domains and engaging with complex public system challenges. This is not a routine project role.The position requires advanced analytical reasoning, structured writing, cross-sector agility, and intellectual independence.
Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to system-level diagnostics and reform analysis
- Conduct structured research across health, governance, social protection, and institutional domains
- Translate operational findings into analytical outputs
- Support development of technical proposals and strategic briefs
- Participate in cross-functional analytical work
- Contribute to structured publications and internal doctrine development
Required Profile
- Advanced degree in public policy, economics, epidemiology, data science, political economy, systems engineering, or related analytical field
- Demonstrated ability to work across thematic areas
- Strong analytical writing skills
- Ability to structure complex problems clearly
- Comfort working in reforming or fragile environments
- High intellectual discipline and autonomy
