The Position
The Operations Assistant works under the direction of the Human Resources Manager to provide effective and efficient support to the Human Resources and Operations teams and will work closely with these teams to deliver on the operational needs of the Facility.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Finance or related fields or 3 years of relevant experience.
The successful candidate will have a valid driver licence and a good driving record and previous experience in a similar role providing logistical and administrative support in the government, private or development sector. This person will have good computing skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications and general knowledge of human resources procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, engaging effectively and sensitively with people of various cultures, disciplines, and stakeholder organisations.
