Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has defined its identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Assignment :
We are looking for an intern to support us with the following tasks:
Contributing to the development of volunteering and building community around mobilization campaigns;
Supporting the recruitment and integration of volunteers at headquarters;
Publishing volunteer recruitment announcements on our dedicated platforms;
Proposing creative visuals and videos to promote volunteering at headquarters;
Creating video and photo content to showcase and welcome new employees;
Deploying the national volunteer recruitment campaign in October;
Coordinating the Gift Pack Operation, leading the initiative in Paris and relaying it to delegations in 6 cities across France;
Supporting the development, with the staff team, of a turnkey solidarity operation through sports for students;
Supporting the department by writing the newsletter for members.
Profile:
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in communication, marketing, or project management.
You are proficient in Canva, and prior experience in communication or project management is a significant advantage.
If you have also volunteered with an association or participated in charitable activities, please know that this is very important to us.
Employment conditions
Mandatory Condition: Must have a valid internship agreement issued by a French educational institution.
Internship Duration: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris).
Desired Contract Start Date: 07/09/2026
Salary Conditions:
Paid internship at €4.57 net per hour (based on a 35-hour week).
Weekly working hours (38.75 hours).
Meal vouchers worth €8 (60% covered by ACF).
50% reimbursement of public transport costs.
