Mission :

We are looking for an intern capable of providing administrative and logistical support and follow-up to the delegations and supporting the Engagement and Associative Mobilization (EMA) department, through the following missions:

Support in monitoring communication tools

To propose and produce documents (reports, statistics, analyses) as well as communication tools to promote the activity of the service and to highlight the impact of delegations in the field.
Logistics for Delegations:
Maintain contact and manage logistics with delegations to meet their equipment needs: you will manage inventory, organize the shipment of supplies (promotional items, T-shirts, posters, etc.), and ensure everyone has the necessary tools for their fieldwork.
Accounting and Administrative Management:
Record and centralize purchase requests and expense reports from delegations.
Verify invoicing and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions.
Monitor delegation bank accounts monthly, in conjunction with the relevant teams (Finance Department).
Manage dashboards related to expenses and budgets.
Handle administrative arrivals and departures of delegates (documents to be signed, etc.).
Propose and produce documents (reports, statistics, analyses) to track our volunteer network (Excel, pivot tables).
Event Planning and Follow-up:
Provide logistical and organizational support for events organized at headquarters.
Be present on the day of certain events or meetings, both weekdays and weekends, to support teams and ensure smooth running. conduct of activities, whether at headquarters or in the region.

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in communication, marketing, or project management.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot, Mailchimp email marketing tool, etc.).
You are proficient in Canva, and prior experience in communication or project management is a significant advantage.
This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be regularly interacting with various internal and external stakeholders, representing the organization at events, and providing support during presentations and awareness sessions.
Your ability to express yourself clearly, adaptably, and confidently is therefore essential.

Employment conditions

Status: Apprenticeship or professional training contract

Contract duration: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired work schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off
Salary conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and level of education, paid over 13 months
21 days of RTT (reduced working time)
25 days of paid leave, prorated according to working time
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Transportation: 50% of the cost between home and work
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8)
€170/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets
Remote work: Open to all from the metropolitan area. Our remote work policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You will be able to choose to work fully or partially remotely. This position requires a mandatory presence at headquarters of 16 days per month, with time dedicated to meetings and team events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 mandatory days of presence per week for your integration into the team.
