Request for Proposals (RFPs)
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief and assistance to refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. IRC responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises and helps people survive, recover, and rebuild their lives. Founded in 1933, the IRC provides lifesaving care and long-term support to communities affected by war and disaster.
The IRC operates in the Middle East to establish a Master Service Agreement with qualified service providers for the following tender:
- Videography and Photography Services Tender (Ref #: 5JO/Tender/2026-01)

Interested and duly registered companies authorized to provide these services are invited to request the complete tender documents by sending their valid company registration documents and work permits via email, with the RFP reference number included in the email subject line, to the following email address:

Completed bids and proposals must be submitted to IRC at the address specified in the RFP document no later than Wednesday 17/6/2026 at 5:00 PM Jordan Time.
All bids must fully respond to all requirements and questions included in the RFP. All mandatory supporting documentation must be submitted together with the proposal. Failure to complete any section of the RFP document or submit the required documentation may result in disqualification from the bidding process.
Bids received after the stated closing date and time will not be considered
