Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Energy Logistics Unit Manager, you will be responsible for implementing energy and electrical safety standards for Action Against Hunger’s Country Offices in France, providing technical assistance to the Country Offices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and providing technical support to Country Offices on electrical safety (Program and Logistics);
Coordinating and providing technical support to Country Offices on energy production (reliability of energy sources, decarbonization of these production sources, energy efficiency, photovoltaic solarization);
Contributing to the skills development of operational teams
; Managing the functional team of 5 people;
Providing technical support to partner NGOs within the framework of pooling our energy expertise and human resources.

Profile :
You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (5 years of higher education) with a technical focus and specialization, or a specialized technical qualification with extensive professional experience (10 years) in a similar role. Candidate profiles will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Similar experience in coordinating electrical infrastructure safety measures within an international non-profit organization.
Strong technical knowledge in this area of ​​expertise.
Good coordination skills.
Fluent English required.
Field humanitarian experience is a plus.

Photovoltaics,
or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

Employment conditions
Start Date: September 1, 2026
Status: Integrated Manager – Permanent Contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €41,000 to €50,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters (For permanent positions)
