Your main tasks

You will be assigned the following tasks:

Project management:

  • Participate in the development of the skills development plan
  • Serving as the focal point for language skills development pathways (English, Arabic, and French) for headquarters and decentralized units: needs analysis, test management, provider selection, pathway monitoring, and learner debriefing.
  • Independently manage a project on work-study programs
  • Proposal for an internal policy
  • Community building for apprentices
  • Communication interne
  • Selection of schools for implementation of partnerships

Communication

  • Creation of SharePoint pages for the service: content and visual proposals
  • SharePoint updates based on current events
  • Training catalog update
  • Meeting minutes
  • Translation of guides and communications
  • Creation of communication materials using Canva

Support :

  • Participate in the deployment of the Skills Development plan
  • Contribute to the administrative and financial monitoring of training courses (quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, dashboards)
  • Manage training records (attendance tracking, satisfaction assessment, archiving)
  • Participate in the logistical organization of training sessions (invitations, room reservations, registrations, teaching materials, etc.)
  • Participation in the selection of service providers
  • Benchmark of service offerings
  • Contribute to the administrative and financial monitoring of the work-study program (quotes, purchase orders, contract monitoring, school and OPCO relations, monitoring of funding, invoicing)

Analysis and monitoring of activity:

  • Data entry and verification of training data via the HRIS/Talentsoft system
  • Analysis of training data over 3 and 6 years / drafting of an analysis report including recommendations taking into account legal and organizational issues

Day before :

  • To ensure regulatory, legislative and educational monitoring in the field of training

Desired profile:

Formation :

  • You will be starting a higher education program in September 2026, ideally at the Bachelor’s +3 to Master’s +5 level in Human Resources Management.

Skills :

  • You have a genuine interest in HR management and training.
  • You are rigorous, organized and have a sense of service.
  • You are proficient in office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • You are comfortable speaking and writing and know how to work in a team.
  • You demonstrate proactivity and initiative.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 environment and its collaborative tools is recommended.
  • Knowledge of the Talentsoft HRIS tool is an asset
  • French C1, English B2

Status and conditions

  • One or two year alternating contract depending on the level of studies (apprenticeship or professional training depending on profile).
  • Position based in Paris.
  • Please attach school schedules to the application.
  • Remuneration from 43% to 100% of the minimum wage depending on age and level of education.
  • Supplementary health insurance fully covered by MSF.
  • Meal vouchers with a face value of €12 (60% covered by MSF).
  • Coverage of 50% of public transport subscription (weekly, monthly or annual) or bicycle mileage allowance (€0.25 per km, limited to €450 per year).
