Mission :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director of Programs, your missions will be as follows :
Lead the development and implementation of grants management processes across the entire project cycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Lead and coordinate high-quality proposal development with program and operations teams and support the funding strategy.
Lead all internal and external reporting processes
Manage the grants team and build the capacity of own team and all relevant staff involved in grant management
Engage with donors and maintain strong, long-term relationships
Provide strategic oversight of partnership and localisation activities
Demonstrate personal commitment in promoting Gender Equality and ACF Gender Minimum Standards

Profile :

You hold a University degree in a related field such as fundraising, public relations, communications, development, humanitarian aid, or international relations.
You have significant experience working with INGOs, and at least 5 years’ experience in humanitarian and/or development fundraising from institutional donors in a fundraising or related NGO role.
You have technical skills in drafting and compiling project proposals, budget monitoring and grant management, as well as narrative and financial reporting for a variety of donors Considering your strong knowledge of donor guidelines and regulations. You are also able to establish and formalise partnerships, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Your flexibility and managerial skills enable you to lead, develop, support and motivate the grant team effectively but also to strengthen the skills of own team, other departments, and partners.
You have proven strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, anticipate priorities and your are able to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
You are fluent in English, with excellent report writing in English, interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and maintain positive relationships.
