JOB OBJECTIVE
To define, coordinate and monitor the supply chain activities of the projects in Honduras (San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa), in accordance with MSF protocols, standards and procedures, in order to guarantee the optimal functioning of both projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the supply chain for the mission’s two projects in Honduras: San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa, with direct support from the Logbase and Log Managers of each project.
• Manage and monitor sales tax exemption and import tax waiver applications with the relevant Honduran authorities, ensuring all required documentation, deadlines, and renewals are met.
• Coordinate closely with the mission’s pharmacy manager to guarantee the availability and traceability of medical and pharmaceutical supplies, monitor expiration dates, and manage the risk of stockouts in both projects.

PROFILE
REQUIREMENTS

Education/Academic training or equivalent experience:
Essential
• Degree and specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain

Experience:
Essential
• Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience.
Desirable
• Prior experience in import processes, customs clearance, and tax exemption procedures (ISV, waivers) in Honduras is a strong advantage.

: • Proficiency in computer applications.

JOB CONDITIONS
Base salary: $50,400.00 MXN gross monthly.
Individual experience bonus: 2% increase in base salary per year (
internal experience recognition).
Benefits according to the Labor Code: 14th and 13th month bonuses, IHSS (Honduran Social Security Institute), RAP (Retirement and Pension Fund).
Benefits exceeding legal requirements: 25 days of vacation per year.
