Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has defined its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Mission :
Your mission will be to provide operational support to the Administrative and Financial Management Officer – Humanitarian Worker Protection Mechanism, and more specifically to:
Support the administrative and financial management of grants awarded to local partners;
Provide support in the preparation and review of documents for partners of the inter-NGO consortium;
Provide support for procurement and logistics.

Profile :
You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in administration, management, or accounting, and ideally have initial experience in administrative or financial support, within an NGO or similar environment.
You are proficient in office software (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and are able to classify and archive physical and digital documents, as well as enter and update data in internal systems. You are familiar with administrative and financial procedures.
Organized, rigorous, and responsive, you have a keen eye for detail, respect procedures and confidentiality, and know how to manage priorities.
You communicate clearly both orally and in writing, in French and English (professional level), and you are able to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Employment conditions
Status: Supervisory Agent – 4-month fixed-term contract until 30/06/2026 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: From 30K to 34K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
