Mission :

Under the supervision of the Advocacy, Hunger and Conflict Unit Manager, your mission will be to develop, inform, and implement advocacy strategies aimed at responding to attacks against international and national humanitarian workers and improving their protection.
In this context, your responsibilities will include:
contributing to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the Mechanism’s advocacy action plan;
providing technical analysis and advice, and contributing to the development of the Mechanism’s policy positions;
and supporting external coordination and representing the Mechanism with stakeholders.

Profile :

You hold a Master’s degree in political science, international solidarity, law, international law, or international cooperation and have at least two years of experience in these fields.
You have proven knowledge of advocacy actions and strategies, particularly in the area of ​​protection.
You have a track record of success in joint/multi-stakeholder advocacy with both private and public actors, as well as in developing analytical and synthesis skills, and producing research or analysis.
Humanitarian field experience will be considered an asset.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.

Employment conditions

Status: Integrated Manager – 7-month fixed-term contract until June 30, 2026 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €41,000 to €50,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced working time
