Expectation State, an implementing partner under The Informal Livelihoods Advancement
Activity (Iqlaa), is seeking to engage a qualified technical service provider to carry out the
assessment, design,and development of agribusiness loan product(s) for Microfund for
Women (MFW).
This assignment will focus on designing and piloting innovative financial
mechanisms that expand opportunities for micro and small enterprises (MSEs), including
underserved groups such as women, youth, and refugees.The provider will be expected to
propose practical, scalable solutions that complement existing financial products, strengthen
financial inclusion, and align with international best practices.
