Assignment :
The Assistant Project Manager position contributes to the development and implementation of the 15th project and participates in the coordination of stakeholders involved in the area, under the supervision of the Project Manager.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Participating in defining the operational frameworks for the 15th project; Updating the mapping of local stakeholders and project partners;
Supporting the development of activity frameworks and monitoring tools/methodologies;
and Participating in the drafting of funding applications.
Contribute to the deployment of project activities: Support the development and consolidation of partnerships related to the implementation of activities;
Participate in the development and strengthening of network dynamics and cooperation;
Contribute to the deployment of food access mechanisms implemented within the framework of the project (Organization of markets, experimentation of cash transfer methods)
Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the project’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning process: Update program monitoring tools
; organize the deployment of surveys, focus groups, and user follow-ups according to the defined framework
; establish communication and exchange platforms with users;
consolidate collected data and provide an initial analysis
Contribute to the reporting, documentation, and internal and external dissemination of the project; contribute to the drafting of funder and partner reports;
participate in the archiving and process of documenting and consolidating lessons learned.
Profile:
You hold a generalist degree in one of the following fields: political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, or humanities.
You have at least two years of experience in project management within social action and/or territorial development in France, particularly in the fight against food insecurity.
You possess skills and expertise in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning, applied to projects conducted in France.
You have experience in community mobilization, with proven experience in facilitating discussions with diverse audiences in the French context.
You are familiar with the Marseille area, especially the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th arrondissements.
You are organized and meticulous. You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with all types of stakeholders.
Employment conditions
Status: Employee – Fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Marseille.
Remuneration:
From 34K to 38K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience.
Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters.
