Audiovisual Production Officer to support the creation of audiovisual content that documents our programs, activities and impact in the region.
We are looking for a creative, organized person with experience in audiovisual production , capable of transforming stories, experiences and results of our programs into attractive content for different audiences and digital platforms.
🎥 Main responsibilities
- Plan, produce, record, edit and post-produce audiovisual content for the organization
- Create videos, documentaries, informational capsules, testimonials, interviews, campaigns and institutional materials.
- Produce short-form digital content, especially Reels and other formats for social media , aimed at increasing reach and interaction.
- Work in coordination with program teams and offices in different countries to identify stories, activities, and results that can be documented.
🎯 What do we expect from this position?
The selected person will contribute to:
- Generate strategic audiovisual materials for presentations, meetings, partnerships, fundraising activities, and institutional communication.
- Strengthen the audiovisual narrative of USCRI LAC across its various digital platforms.
- Increase the reach and engagement of our content, particularly on Instagram and other social media platforms.
- To contribute to the positioning and visibility of USCRI LAC among its different audiences and allies.
🎓 Profile we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Audiovisual Communication, Film, Digital Media, Multimedia Production or related areas.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of verifiable professional experience in audiovisual production .
- Experience in video recording, editing and post-production.
- Experience creating content for digital platforms and social media, particularly short-form videos.
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Sensitivity and professionalism to work with refugees, migrants, returnees and other vulnerable populations .
- Fluent Spanish . Conversational English.
Work modality: In-person Schedule
: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary range: 17,000 MXN net per month
