Mission :

Under the supervision of the Youth Project Manager for the Rouen/Orléans/Tours Academy, you will participate in the development of the Race Against Hunger by leading awareness sessions for young people.
Your responsibilities will include:
leading awareness sessions and engaging young people in schools within the Orléans-Tours/Normandy Academies (Centre-Val de Loire and Normandy regions);
representing Action Against Hunger in schools;
contributing to activity planning;
and supporting volunteers.

Profile :

You hold a two- or three-year post-secondary degree and have significant experience in youth work (BAFA certification preferred).
You have excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with children and teenagers, and are adept at teaching.
You are comfortable speaking in public and can adapt to a young audience. You are interested in humanitarian work.
Your organizational skills and attention to detail in managing schedules and time allow you to work independently.
As the position is based in Orléans/Tours, with frequent travel within the region, you must have a driver’s license and ideally your own vehicle.

Employment conditions

Status: Supervisor – Fixed-term contract of 1.5 months (6 weeks) until 10/04/2026 – Full-time
Location: Orléans/Tours with frequent travel in the Centre-Val de Loire and Normandy regions
Salary: €30,000 to €34,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
