The International Aid of the Luxembourg Red Cross (AICRL) is launching a call for consultancies for the production of media content within the framework of a humanitarian project in Eastern Chad, financed by the European Union.
Context and objectives of the mission
In a context marked by the Sudanese crisis, the project aims to improve the living conditions of refugees, returnees and host communities, particularly through innovative activities of collecting, recycling and valorizing plastic waste, linked to humanitarian action.
In order to enhance the visibility and understanding of these actions, AICRL wishes to produce visual content with strong narrative value, highlighting the project’s impacts on the population.
The consultancy aims to produce professional-quality photo and video content, designed primarily for social media, and based on a humanitarian storytelling approach centered on the beneficiaries and stakeholders of the project.

Desired profile
We are looking for a consultant:
- Possessing proven experience in audiovisual production (photo/video);
- Having expertise in digital content and social media;
- Having experience in a humanitarian or development context;
- Capable of producing narrative, visual and engaging content.
Mission details
Duration of field mission in Eastern Chad: 6 to 8 days
Indicative period: May to June 2026
Maximum budget: EUR 15,000 (all inclusive)
