Call For Proposals For The Implementation Of A Post-campaign Coverage Survey For Vitamin A Supplementation Called “Pecs” Of The Campaign At Helen Keller International

As part of the implementation of its activities, the NGO Helen Keller International is launching this call for tenders for the recruitment of a firm to implement a post-campaign coverage survey for vitamin A supplementation called “PECS” for the second pass (P2) of the vitamin A supplementation campaign in 2026.

The Post-Event Coverage Survey (PECS) will be conducted in the 05 regions supported by Helen Keller International, within a maximum of four (4) weeks after the end of the second round of JVA+ in 2026 in order to limit recall biases.

The PECS survey aims to assess the quality and performance of recently implemented JVA+ programs, to estimate the effective coverage achieved and to document the factors that have influenced this coverage, in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO).
