Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI)
The Christian Rural and Urban Development Association of Nigeria (CRUDAN) hereby invites qualified, reputable, and experienced vendors/service providers operating within Plateau State to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for consideration and possible engagement in the underlisted categories:.
Categories
1. Car Hire Services
Provision of reliable and well-maintained vehicles for official movements, field operations, project monitoring, logistics support, and transportation of personnel within Plateau State.
Interested vendors should demonstrate:
– Availability of operational vehicles in good condition
– Valid vehicle documentation
– Experienced drivers with valid driver’s licenses
– Capacity for both short-term and long-term engagements
2. Financial Service Provider (FSP)
Provision of financial services to support project implementation and operations, including but not limited to:
– Payment processing
– Fund disbursement
– Mobile money and banking support
– Financial inclusion services
– Related financial service solutions
Interested providers must be duly registered and authorized to provide financial services within Nigeria.
3. Supply of Reusable Menstrual Pads
Supply of high-quality, hygienic, durable, and reusable menstrual hygiene products suitable for girls and women in community-based programs and humanitarian interventions.
Suppliers should provide:
– Product specifications/catalogue
– Evidence of quality assurance where applicable
– Delivery capacity within Plateau State
– Competitive pricing and availability
Eligibility Requirements
Interested vendors/service providers are required to submit the following documents:
– Company/Business Profile
– CAC Registration Certificate
– Tax Clearance Certificate
– Evidence of previous similar work/experience
– Contact address, email address, and active phone number
– Relevant certifications/licenses where applicable
– Product catalogue/specifications (for reusable menstrual pads suppliers)

Closing Date
The deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest is: Friday, 6th June 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
