Mission :

Your mission will be to contribute to the implementation, technical quality, and development of the Humanitarian Worker Protection Mechanism by managing cases, supporting partners, and ensuring the application of international protection standards. You will also contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the mechanism’s tools, procedures, and practices to guarantee appropriate and consistent responses aligned with protection standards.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Processing, analyzing, and coordinating support requests;
monitoring cases and protection grants;
tracking the actions taken by beneficiaries and partner organizations;
and monitoring the implementation of support plans and adapting responses as needed.

Ensure coordination with country partners and local stakeholders. Identify and assess partners.
Maintain partnerships with national and local organizations contributing to the development of the mechanism’s activities in the host country.
Support the integration of protection through the strengthening of procedures, tools, and practices.
Co-coordinate the technical working group within the consortium on multidisciplinary case management to promote a harmonized approach to protection issues among partners.
Develop and update the tools, guides, protocols, and technical resources related to protection necessary for the implementation of the mechanism.
Provide technical support to teams, partners, and other stakeholders on protection, gender, and inclusion issues.
Contribute to information analysis and the strategic development of the mechanism.
Ensure the collection, analysis, and reporting of information to identify trends, emerging needs, and the impacts of contextual changes.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, the documentation of best practices, and the production of thematic analyses.
Contribute to the definition, updating and improvement of the case management strategy, in line with international standards and feedback from field experience.

Profile :

You have a university degree (master’s) in international law, social sciences, international relations or a related discipline, as well as additional training in case management or protection-related programming.

You have at least two years of demonstrable professional experience in case management and working with vulnerable families, civil society organizations, communities, and individuals. You also have a strong understanding of protection principles and survivor-centered approaches.

You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. You have proven computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.

You are autonomous and have a strong capacity for proposing, innovating, and adapting to evolving contexts.

You have the taste and aptitude for teamwork.

Employment conditions

Status: Integrated Manager – 10-month fixed-term contract until August 30, 2027 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €32,000 to €41,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced working time
