This final evaluation aims to determine the extent to which the project has achieved its objectives and results, to assess the quality and relevance of the assistance provided (protection, basic services, access to travel documents, voluntary return and reintegration), and to analyze the project’s contribution to strengthening the production and use of data on migration dynamics (monitoring flows and knowledge products). It will identify success factors, constraints, expected and unexpected effects, as well as lessons learned and recommendations to guide future programming and approaches by IOM and its partners.
