Country Coordinator At OIKOS – Cooperation and Development

The Country Coordinator (CP) is responsible for the management and development of the OIKOS program in Mozambique, in coordination with the non-resident Legal Representative and the OIKOS Management at Headquarters. The CP coordinates the OIKOS program at the national level and provides strategic leadership in the areas of resource mobilization, project development and implementation, financial management and monitoring and evaluation, program quality, institutional development, and strengthening of local partners. He or she is also responsible for managing the project coordination team, composed of the Program Manager; Project Coordinators and their field teams (based in different provinces); Administrator and Technical Support Consultants; and is responsible for the financial and strategic management of the representation.
