MAGENTA is recruiting a Data Collection Agency for the implementation of an in-depth study on the situation of out-of-school children and adolescents (OOSC-A) in Madagascar, in close collaboration with the Ministry of National Education (MEN) and UNICEF Madagascar.
The agency will be responsible for the operational implementation of data collection across all intervention areas, covering 6 geographic zones, 9 regions, 30 CISCOs and 150 ZAPs. It will have to demonstrate its capacity to conduct a large-scale quantitative survey, carry out FGDs and interviews in local languages, and obtain the necessary administrative authorizations from the relevant authorities.
