Scope of responsibility: Entering patient and visitor data, preparing the health center’s database in an organized manner and storing it securely, reviewing and continuously updating the data to ensure its accuracy and proper and complete entry, creating databases in a way that ensures their integrity, and preparing the required reports.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Under the direct supervision of the program manager and the technical supervision of the monitoring and evaluation officer, ensure the following:
1. That all data and information collection processes related to beneficiaries are carried out correctly and completely,
2. Collect the required data, conduct monitoring and evaluation processes, prepare and submit them to the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer according to the specified schedule.
3. Review all forms for collecting the necessary information in accordance with the requirements of the funding entity and store them in accordance with data privacy principles.
4. Regularly add beneficiary and account data by entering textual and numerical information from original documents into the required database within the specified time frame.
5. Submitting periodic reports to the monitoring and evaluation officer.
6. Examine the data for any deficiencies or errors, correct inconsistencies, and verify the outputs.
7. Collect, enter, and update information into relevant databases (using Excel and KoBo).
8. Search for and better identify lost documents.
9. Save paper copies of the data in an organized manner to facilitate retrieval.
10. Follow up on the closure of case files/information, and keep them organized and tidy.
Qualifications:
1. A university degree in computer science or its equivalent from an institute.
2. At least two years of experience in data management and databases.
3. Complete mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Kobo, Power PI, and PowerPoint.
4. Proven knowledge and skills in data collection, storage and analysis.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Data entry has the following responsibilities and duties:
Under the direct supervision of the program Manager and technical supervision of the M&E Officer, to ensure:
1. All data and information collection processes of beneficiaries are carried out correctly and completely,
2. to compile the data required, to carry out monitoring and evaluation processes, and to prepare and submit them to the MEAL Officer in accordance with the time schedule.
3. To check all forms for the collection of necessary information in accordance with the expectations of the funding organization, and to store them in accordance with the principles of data privacy.
4. To regularly add beneficiaries and account data by entering text-based and numerical information in source documents into the required database within the time frame.
5. Regularly report to the M & E Officer.
6. To examine data for deficiencies or errors, correct mismatches, and check outputs.
7. Compile, enter and update information into relevant databases (Excel and KoBo toolbox).
8. To research missing documents and learn more about them.
9. Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
10. To monitor the closure of case information/files, and keep the files in an organized and tidy manner.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Should have the following skills, education, and experience:
1. A university degree in computer science or equivalent diploma from a recognized institute.
2. At least two years of experience in data management and databases.
3. Full proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Kobo, PowerPoint, and PowerPoint.
4.Proven knowledge and skills in data collection, storage, and analysis.
