About: Action Against Hunger
Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has defined its identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around seven areas of activity: Nutrition and Health; Mental Health and Psychosocial Support; Food Security and Livelihoods; Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene; Advocacy; Climate; and Research. Mission :
Your main mission will be to support the development and management of the network of volunteer delegations of Action Against Hunger in France, by facilitating the implementation of their projects and contributing to the association’s fundraising throughout the country.
More specifically, you will be required to:
Contribute to the development of ACF’s awareness and fundraising by monitoring and implementing delegation projects; project implementation, deployment of institutional campaigns, and development of awareness-raising, fundraising, and visibility initiatives for Action Against Hunger;
Lead the network of volunteer delegations in France; support delegates and their volunteer teams;
Contribute to the deployment of projects undertaken across all delegations.
Profile :
Holding a degree in Project Management, Public Relations, or a related field, you have significant experience in managing volunteer networks and supporting civic engagement. As
the focal point for projects developed in partnership with the private sector, you understand the challenges of collaborating with businesses and demonstrate a strong understanding of partnership approaches that mobilize diverse stakeholders around common goals.
Experience (including volunteer work) within the non-profit sector is highly valued, particularly with an organization such as Action Against Hunger, within a civic engagement support structure, or in any other role within a non-profit organization.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and know how to build trust with your contacts.
You are comfortable speaking in public and can represent the organization to various audiences.
Employment conditions
Status: Permanent Contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €37,000 to €43,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (

8 days/month of mandatory on-site presence for this position, outside of group on-site meetings.
Group on-site meetings imposed/also mandatory by the employer: for meetings and group events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory attendance when you join the team.
