The Deputy Country Coordinator will be a member of the Senior Management Team, with overall responsibility for Program departments including Programs, Advocacy and Communication, Health and MHPSS units. He/she will ensure smooth, efficient, pertinent and high-quality implementation of MdM intervention in NES in line with its mandate and donor and legal requirements and procedures. This role facilitates internal coordination with technical and support departments, contributes to strategic planning and donor engagement, and plays a key role in external representation and partnership development
