How to apply
Application Process
- Interested agencies should submit a technical proposal (incl. CV/ profile) and financial proposal (incl. all-inclusive day-rate) by July 13 to (Procurement.ramallah@oxfam.org)
- Application should include a portfolio of relevant communications, storytelling, branding, stakeholder engagement, or campaign work.
- Proposals should demonstrate the agency´s understanding of the assignment and are encouraged to a brief creative concept demonstrating their proposed approach.
- The financial proposal should include a budget breakdown by deliverable, clearly indicating the cost associated with each deliberate outlined in the Terms of Reference.
- The call for proposals will remain open for four weeks from publication.
- The available budget for this consultancy is a maximum of EUR 30,000.
Evaluation Criteria
Oxfam will review and weigh consultancy applications based on the following criteria. It is worth noting that Oxfam prefers a value for money approach and does not necessarily weigh a lower price over a quality candidate. Strategic communications, /PR/ branding, public relations, and creative agencies are encouraged to apply.
