Mission :

We are looking for an intern to provide support through the following tasks:
Contributing to the management of telemarketing campaigns (upgrading, reactivation, conversion, etc.);
Operational management of campaigns in conjunction with service providers
; Development and regular updating of content to enhance the telemarketers’ knowledge of ACF

Contribute to the management of email campaigns (loyalty programs)
Carry out the operational management of fundraising email campaigns
Collect the necessary information for marketing campaigns (internal/external)
Coordinate approvals with internal contributors
Manage file exchanges with other associations
Ensure the transmission of information to the donor relations department
Prepare agency briefs for each new message/campaign
Contribute to qualitative and quantitative analyses
Monitor and analyze the results of email, telemarketing, and street marketing campaigns
Capitalize on lessons learned from different campaigns

Contributing to benchmarking and innovation;
monitoring new communication, recruitment, and donor retention tools;
operational implementation of tests on new fundraising channels

Profile :

We are looking for a committed, motivated candidate with the following qualities:

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communication, Project Management, or International Relations at a business school, university, or specialized institution.
You are skilled at analyzing marketing results and formulating relevant recommendations.
You understand marketing segmentation (paper donors, online donors, etc.) and the logic of a donor database.
You know how to use database functionalities to extract, understand, and leverage useful information.
You communicate effectively orally and adapt your communication style to your audience.
You are creative and proactive in your work. You demonstrate strong teaching skills in your explanations and collaborations.
You are rigorous, organized, and able to manage your priorities effectively.

Employment conditions

Status: Apprenticeship or professional training contract (1 or 2 days of training per week / 1 week of training per month)

Contract duration: 12 months.
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)

Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and level of education, paid over 13 months.
21 days of RTT (reduced working time, prorated according to attendance).
25 days of paid leave, prorated according to attendance
. Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF.
Transportation: 50% of the cost of commuting between home and work.
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8).
€170/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets.

Remote work: Open to everyone in mainland France. Our remote work policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 4 days per month at headquarters is required, with time dedicated to meetings and team events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 mandatory days of presence per week for your integration into the team.
