Here’s where you come in:
As Regional People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational effectiveness and digital transformation of P&C functions across the region. You will report to the Regional P&C Director and ensure the integrity of employment data, support compliance and payroll processes, and lead the implementation of digital tools and systems such as Workday and AI-powered solutions. You will provide technical support, drive data analytics, and foster innovation to enhance the employee experience and improve operational efficiency across regional and national offices.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS systems (preferably Workday), or P&C coordination roles in a regional or international context.
- Proven experience in managing HR data, payroll coordination, and compliance tracking.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI tools, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of P&C processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, separation).
- Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS platforms, with the ability to support system rollouts and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with digital HR tools (e.g., AI prompt tools, document automation platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from P&C data and prepare dashboards/reports.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cultures and functions.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong written and oral English language skills is a must
