Mission :
Under the supervision of the Energy Logistics Unit Manager, you will be responsible for implementing energy and electrical safety standards for Action Against Hunger’s Country Offices in France, providing technical assistance to the Country Offices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and providing technical support to Country Offices on electrical safety (Program and Logistics);
Coordinating and providing technical support to Country Offices on energy production (reliability of energy sources, decarbonization of these production sources, energy efficiency, photovoltaic solarization);
Contributing to the skills development of operational teams
; Managing the functional team of 5 people;
Providing technical support to partner NGOs within the framework of pooling our energy expertise and human resources.

Profile :
You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or a specialized technical qualification in Electricity, Electrotechnics, Energy, Photovoltaics, or HVAC.
You have solid professional experience (approximately 10 years) in a similar context, including experience in coordinating electrical infrastructure safety upgrades, electrical compliance, managing electrical work sites and commissioning, and managing preventive electrical maintenance, within an international NGO.
You have also served as a technical trainer. Field experience in humanitarian work and/or experience in an electrical engineering firm are assets.
You possess skills in HR management of multiple teams and/or subcontractors, project management, and financial and procurement management. You
also have expertise in sizing low-voltage power distribution boards and electrical protection systems, sizing and installing solar systems, and sizing and operating the mechanical components of generators.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Employment conditions
– Status: Integrated Manager – Permanent Contract – Full-time
– Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
– Remuneration:
o From 41K to 50K EUR gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
o Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters (For permanent positions)
