Enabel, the Belgian International Cooperation Agency, invites you to submit a bid for the contract referred to above.

Your offer must be sent by email to procurement.tunisie@enabel.be by October 20, 2025 at the latest.

The following documents must make up your offer:

• 1. Duly completed and signed identification form;
  2. Document proving that the bidder has legal status to exercise his professional activity (RNE for example);
  3. Declaration on honour – Reasons for exclusion;
  4. Declaration of Integrity;
  5. Completed and signed price offer form, provided in the appendix (price comparison will be made in TND. Where applicable, the exchange rate used will be the average €-TND exchange rate on the day of the deadline for receipt of offers);
  6. Financial information sheet;
  7. A detailed and up-to-date CV highlighting similar experiences;
  8. The expert/consultant’s references;
  9. Methodological note. Where applicable, Enabel reserves the right to require certificates of proper execution relating to the services included in this list.
