Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Finance, Tools, Training, and Projects Manager, you will contribute to developing the financial management skills of field and headquarters teams, providing technical support to missions/regions, and developing, maintaining, and using field financial tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
Participating in the development of financial management skills for field and headquarters teams (financial and non-financial) from needs assessment to post-training follow-up: mission-specific tools and procedures only;
Participating in providing technical support to missions and regions (field-specific tools and procedures only); and
Participating in the development, maintenance, and use of field financial tools.

Profile :
You hold a degree in financial management and have experience working in an NGO (ACF experience is a plus), in accounting and financial management roles.
You are familiar with SAGA and are able to design training programs using various formats (in-person, online, individual, group).
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience facilitating training sessions and meetings, with the ability to document and formalize information.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, you are comfortable with public speaking and can work independently.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Employment conditions
Status: Integrated Manager – 6-month fixed-term contract until 30/06/2026 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: From 41K to 50K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced
